Picolit

Picolìt, known as “drinkable gold,” is an ancient indigenous vine that has survived thanks to the insight and work of Count Fabio Asquini of Fagagna, who, in the 18th century, saved it from certain extinction and made it highly appreciated at the most important European courts. Its pure vinification process yields a sweet wine with a deep straw-yellow colour, fruity notes of peach and chestnut, wildflowers and almonds, a structured and elegant palate, with a full body.
