Soppressa

Friulian Soppressa is a hallmark of popular tradition. Prepared with selected local pork meats such as leg, shoulder and belly, it is seasoned with salt, pepper, wine and garlic. Stuffed into natural casings and matured for at least 90 days, it develops noble rot during the maturing process, which contributes to its unmistakable organoleptic characteristics and sweet, delicate flavour. A perfect pairing with a glass of Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso!
