Our Locanda ai Provveditori, with its wine bar and restaurant, is set in the beautiful surroundings of Marano Lagunare, amid nature, history, and traditional food and wine culture.

Aperitif area: discover wines with Sommelier Elisabetta and enjoy classic Friulian crostini. Elisabetta loves experimenting with wines from various wineries around the world and continuously offers native grape varieties from different countries and producers. And then: Chef Marco’s cuisine! Marco is a chef with years of experience, who knows how to balance his more traditional tastes with culinary innovation, creating unique flavours that will delight your palate. His signature dish is an egg cooked at 64 degrees, served on a fondue of aged Montasio cheese with crispy Sauris guanciale, golden champignon mushrooms, and truffle.

Finally, their wonderful hospitality! The Locanda also offers two apartments on the second floor of the restaurant, right in the heart of Marano Lagunare. The apartments are rented on a bed-and-breakfast basis and can accommodate up to 4 people per apartment.
