PN2027 - Route from Pordenone to Spilimbergo, Valvasone, and Casarsa della Delizia (P032)

The route starts in Pordenone and passes through the Seminary Park, following the Noncello River until it reaches the Torre neighborhood and its castle. It continues toward Cordenons and the Vinchiaruzzo Spring Park, a natural environment rich in flora and fauna, before reaching the Cellina Creek, which joins the Cellina River south of the Murlis ford. This is the Magredi del Cellina area, an arid and rocky region with an almost lunar landscape. After cycling through the silence of this land, you’ll reach Rauscedo, the center of grapevine production, and continue toward Spilimbergo, one of Italy’s Most Beautiful Villages, famous for the Friuli School of Mosaic Art. Leaving Spilimbergo behind, you’ll cycle to Valvasone, a castle town rich in artistic treasures, and then on to Casarsa della Delizia, a place closely associated with Pier Paolo Pasolini. From here, you’ll return to Pordenone by train.
