On the Isonzo plain, not far from Cormons, begins the Girangoris, an enchanting bicycle loop nestled between nature and history.
"Girangoris" is a bike ride in the Isonzo plain within the Tenuta Angoris estate. This loop allows you to immerse yourself in a landscape where nature is the absolute protagonist, among avenues of cypress, beech and centuries-old fir trees, which create an ideal environment for a bike ride. The starting point is the Villa Locatelli, a historic mansion dating back to 1648, from which you cross, riding your bike, a path with a good dirt road. Plains, gentle climbs and descents accompany the route, which boasts a dreamy panorama and includes the Collio, the Colli Orientali and the chain of the Alps. During the ride, it is possible to make stops near the many signs that tell about the history and characteristics of the area. The loop ends at the Villa Locatelli and is passable during opening hours. It is recommended to consult the estate's website.
The trail is suitable for families with children ages 6 and older.
