Spring and summer are the seasons I enjoy most for wandering up and down the hills of the Collio. The green of the vineyards, their bloom, but also the cherry trees laden down with fruit, the white of the elder flowers and the extent of the events organised are all powerful attractions.

I want to tell you about an event that I am particularly attached to and which took place on the first weekend of June in San Floriano: likof. These are three days dedicated to the wine of the Collio and the gastronomic products of the area with tastings and vineyard dinners, insights, historical facts and moments of sheer enjoyment in the square prepared for the festival.
