It operates as a shipyard capable of performing routine maintenance.
In the marina, it is possible to rent floating houses, small floating homes equipped with all comforts, consisting of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms, a terrace, and a sunroof. The dock is only 1000 m from the mouth out to sea and its favourable location allows you to reach downtown in a matter of seconds.
