Ronco Margherita agricultural holding is located in Pinzano al Tagliamento, a town in the heart of the Friuli Grave DOC area. It was established in 2009 on the former estate of Ruggero Forti, the father of modern Friuli viticulture.
The vineyards stretch across the hills of Pinzano, the Magredi di Dandolo area (Maniago) and the Western Hills of Friuli. Production includes prized indigenous Friuli wines such as Friulano, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, Tazzelenghe, Schioppettino and Ribolla Gialla, alongside local rarities such as Ucelut, Sciaglin, Forgiarin and Piculit Neri. International grape varieties complete the offer: Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet.
The winery offers both still and sparkling wines, fresh or aged in French oak barrels.
Ronco Margherita is also open to visitors and offers guided tastings matching typical products. The large tasting room is available for private events and parties.
For a complete experience, the Relais adjacent to the winery offers hospitality by reservation. A journey through the wine, territory and tradition of Friuli.
