Lignano Riviera Beach

Lignano is the quietest area of the seaside resort and is defined by its large green areas where you can take a stroll in the shadow of the age-old pinewood.

Lignano Riviera Beach is divided into five beaches, each with its own beach bar and approximately 3,000 widely-spaced umbrellas.
 
The beach facilities are renowned for being looked after and clean: the sand is sifted on a daily basis and the beach and umbrellas walkways are constantly being improved.
 
Close attention is paid to recycling and beach safety is entrusted to a well-trained team of lifeguards, also qualified in the use of defibrillators.
 
Exciting children play areas, pedalo hire, swimming, sailing and paddle boarding schools make up what’s on offer.
 
Days spent on the beach at Lignano Riviera are complemented by a varied programme of free entertainment. For children, during Mini Club hours, there’s great range of activities, from baby dance to creative workshops, building sand castles to team sports.
 
Adults and teenagers can choose to take part in organised sports tournaments at the Sport Beach Village on Beach 5, water aerobic lessons or try their hand at Macumba and group dance lessons with professional entertainers and instructors.
 
Beach access for everyone
Beach wheel chairs, for people with disabilities, are available from all of the beach huts. Umbrella and beach access is guaranteed. If needed, beach staff can create special walkways for easy access to umbrellas.
All beach huts are equipped with disabled person facilities.
There is a 10% discount on beach equipment for disabled persons.
