PROGRAM:
1. Day: TARVISIO/CAMPOROSSO
Arrival in Tarvisio/Camporosso with own transport/public transport. Check-in in hotel; dinner with typical products and overnight stay.

2. Day: TARVISIO/CAMPOROSSO – MONTE LUSSARI – TARVISIO
Stage AAT R4 following the Pilgrim’s path to Mount Lussari. Visit to Sanctuary and village. Lunch in typical Gasthaus. Return on foot or with gondola. 3,5hrs, difference in altitude: up 1162m, down 1219m.
Check-in in hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

3. Day: TARVISIO – RIFUGIO ZACCHI
Stage AAT R5, walk to the breathtaking Fusine Lakes, surrounded by Julian (Eastern) Alps.
Km 18,8 –6,30h, difference in altitude: up1259m, down 627m
Dinner and overnight stay in refuge (we advise to bring towel and rucksack/sheet)

4. Day: RIFUGIO ZACCHI – KRANJSKA GORA
Stage AAT R6 – Km 16,2 – 5,30h, difference in altitude: up618, down 1187.
Check-in in hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

5. Day: KRANJSKA GORA – TOLMIN
Private transfer from Kranjska Gora to Tolmin along the Soca valley. Rest day.
Check-in in hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

6.Day: TOLMIN – TRIBIL SUPERIORE
Stage AAT 27 – Km 19,5 –6,0h, difference in altitude: up1308, down879.
From Tolmin on foot to Italy, following the places of battles during the First World War and the path of peace. Check-in in albergo diffuso, dinner and overnight stay.

7. Day: TRIBIL SUPERIORE – CASTELMONTE – CIVIDALE DEL FRIULI
Stage AAT 28 – Km 23,4 – 7,0h, difference in altitude: up161, down 1121.
This stage brings us to the Sanctuary of the Beata Vergine di Castelmonte, on a hill at 618m above sea leveI. The Sanctuary is run by a Benedictine brotherhood. The path continues with a descent to Cividale del Friuli
