DAY 1 – Arrival in the Natisone Valleys, Stargazing
Arrive in San Leonardo, a charming village in the heart of the Natisone Valleys, at 10:00 a.m. and immerse yourself in nature with a regenerating Forest Bathing experience led by an expert. The Forest Bathing experience will include preparatory exercises for immersion in nature, breathing exercises, and interaction with the sounds of water, the roughness of the forest, and its scents (duration approximately 2 hours). A pure "slow tourism" activity, ideal for relaxing and reconnecting with the Friulian forest.
Afterwards, enjoy lunch at a traditional trattoria, for a taste of true local hospitality and gastronomy. In the afternoon, transfer to the Pelizzo Refuge, where you'll settle into dormitories with shared bathrooms. Free time and dinner.
Next up is the highlight of the day: stargazing and nebulae observation through a telescope led by an expert astronomer from Matajur Astrolab. He will guide you through the celestial vault and its secrets, beneath the clear skies of Mount Matajur, nestled in a privileged position away from light pollution. (Duration: 1.5–2 hours).

DAY 2 – See you in Friuli Venezia Giulia
Breakfast and free time for a walk along the paths surrounding the refuge.
At the end of the walk, lunch awaits you at a farmhouse, where you can enjoy a menu full of house specialties in a convivial and authentic atmosphere.
In the afternoon, on the way back, we'll stop in Prepotto for a wine tasting at a top-quality winery in the Colli Orientali del Friuli, the perfect way to conclude the itinerary by celebrating the flavors of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
