DAY 1
The Enchantment of the Dolomites (Sappada)
Arrival in Sappada (Plodn) and accommodation in a refined Wellness/Charme facility . In the afternoon, a charming stroll among the wooden architecture of "Sappada Vecchia" . In the evening, your first immersion in haute cuisine will be at the Laite Restaurant (1 Michelin Star) . You will enjoy the fairytale cuisine of chef Fabrizia Meroi, seated in ancient wooden stube .

2nd DAY
Udine: Between Historic Elegance and a Two-Star Gourmet Experience
After breakfast, we'll take a scenic descent to Udine , an elegant and lively city with its squares, palaces, and convivial gatherings. Its architecture and atmosphere have earned it the nickname "Venice on dry land."
Free lunch;
In the afternoon, check in to the hotel and have the opportunity to visit the city.
In the evening, a real “Dinner Event” awaits you at the multi-starred restaurant Agli Amici (2 Michelin Stars) , where you will taste the menu created by chef Scarello.

3rd DAY
The Gorizia Collio
In the morning, departure for Capriva del Friuli and visit to an iconic winery in the area (Villa Russiz) with a vertical tasting .
Accommodation at Castello di Spessa golf & wine resort;
In the afternoon, entrance to the Vinum Spa at Spessa Castle.
Dinner at La Subida – Trattoria al Cacciatore (1 Michelin Star) , to savour the true border cuisine of the Sirk family .

4th DAY
From the Karst to the Sea (Trieste)
Morning dedicated to crossing the Karst, with a stop at a cellar carved into the rock (e.g., Kante or Zidarich) for a tasting of native wines such as Vitovska and Terrano . Arrival in Trieste and check-in at a 5-star hotel (Grand Hotel Duchi d'Aosta or similar) . The “Grand Finale Dinner” will leave you breathless: a table reserved at Harry's Piccolo (2 Michelin stars) , near Piazza Unità d'Italia .
