1. DAY: CIVIDALE DEL FRIULI
Arrival in Cividale del Friuli (ITA) by own means; independent visit of the town, UNESCO heritage, check-in in hotel and overnight.

2. DAY: CIVIDALE-COLLIO –CORMONS
AAT stage 29 walking in the magical hills of the Italian Collio, worldwide famous vineyard region, one of the places to visit included in the 2016 Lonely Planet guide.  12,9 km, 4,30hrs, difference in altitude: up 301m, down 281m. A few meters form Slovenian border at Mernicco, visit on a winery, gourmet tasting lunch and wine tasting. Private transfer to Cormons. Your luggage waits for you in hotel. Check-in in hotel and overnight.

3. DAY: CORMONS – GRADISCA D'ISONZO
AAT stage 32 Your luggage waits for you in hotel. Check-in in hotel, overnight.

4. DAY: GRADISCA D'ISONZO – DUINO
AAT stage 33 to reach the Adriatic sea and Duino village, famous for its castle and cliffs.. Your luggage waits for you in hotel. Check-in in hotel and overnight.

5. DAY – DUINO – RILKE WEG – CIVIDALE DEL FRIULI
AAT beginning of stage 34 to Sistiana, walking the famous Rilke Path by the sea. Private transfer back to Cividale del Friuli
 End of trail.
