We invite you to spend a weekend dedicated to discovery and tradition. You’ll learn to recognise these gems of the earth, use them in the kitchen or for your wellbeing, and savour them on a food and wine tour through the village streets, where the flavours of yesteryear meet the creativity of local cuisine.

In the afternoon, a guided walk to discover wild herbs along the valley trails of Arta Terme.
At the end of the excursion, a special aperitif in the shade of Giosuè Carducci’s great walnut tree, a place steeped in history and charm.

The morning gets off to the best possible start with a healthy breakfast.
Today in Arta Terme is a day of celebration! Spring is celebrated with the Festival of Wild Herbs, wild asparagus, mountain radicchio and spring mushrooms. The first fruits of this unspoilt land take centre stage for the day.
Throughout the day, in the streets of the town, you’ll find food stalls offering a genuine wild herb-themed tour, with a tasting menu specially designed for the occasion, from starter to dessert.
You’ll be given a voucher to use for tasting each dish and its accompanying wines.
The programme also includes cooking demonstrations, guided walks, barefoot walks, children’s entertainment and workshops.
Don’t miss the stalls selling local produce and souvenirs, and the roaming musicians.
Free afternoon and departure.
