Arrival and presentation of the Villa and its property.
DAY 2
Relaxing, anti-stress or decontracting massage of your choice, 60 minutes in the morning, ideal for restoring the well-being of the body.
In the afternoon, 50-minute Yin Yoga lesson. It represents an invitation to immerse yourself in a realm of deep connection with the body-mind and spirit, in an era characterized by frenzy and incessant distractions.
DAY 3
Walk in the woods and Forest Bathing activity, a deep immersion in nature fully enjoying the benefits of trees.
In the afternoon, artistic activity with meeting and lesson in pictorial expression with the South American artist Ana Chavellos.
DAY 4
Guided meditation activity in the morning, with the aim of focusing attention on oneself and reaching a higher level of awareness and inner calm.
In the afternoon, final Yin Yoga lesson.
DAY 5
Final greetings and departure.
The price includes: Exclusive stay in the villa with breakfast. Planning and experience of the activities described, use of the villa's external SPA. Tourist tax and final cleaning.
