Day 1.
Individual arrival, with own means, in Sauris and accommodation in a 3-star hotel with half-board treatment. Free time to visit the sites. Dinner at the Hotel and overnight stay.
Day 2.
Breakfast at the hotel with fresh homemade cakes, jam and fresh bread, coffee, tea or other drinks. Full day to be spent with an expert nature guide in Forest bathing. Walk in the forest with walking or Nordic Walking to enjoy contact with the local flora and fauna, but above all to savour the silence and relaxation offered by the lush forests. Stop for packed lunch, fresh, local products. Dinner at the hotel and overnight stay.
Day 3.
Breakfast in the hotel with fresh homemade cakes, jam and fresh bread, coffee, sugar and herbal tea. In the afternoon, meet at the stables and enjoy a wonderful horse ride in the forest. Free time at leisure to enjoy the benefits of the mountains and discover the local traditions or enjoy other activities. Dinner at the hotel and overnight stay.
Day 4.
Breakfast at the hotel with fresh homemade cakes, jam and fresh bread, coffee, sugar and herbal teas. Full day dedicated to Trekking: excursion Ring of the Malghe with expert naturalist guide. Stop for lunch with tasting of Malga cheeses and visit to the refinement cellar. Free time . Dinner at the hotel and overnight stay.
Day 5.
Breakfast in the hotel with fresh homemade cakes, jam and fresh bread, coffee, sugar and herbal tea. Relaxation at the Spa, 2-hour admission. Indoor pool, whirlpool, saunas and steam baths. Free time at leisure to enjoy the benefits of the mountains and discover local traditions or for other outdoor activities such as canoeing, horse riding and the famous "zip line". Dinner at the hotel and overnight stay.
Day 6.
Breakfast in the hotel with fresh homemade cakes, jam and fresh bread, coffee, sugar and herbal tea. Full day dedicated to bike excursion. Bike rental and itinerary according to participants' abilities, with expert Bike Guide who will help you discover all the facets and beauty of the valley. Return in the early afternoon and free time. Dinner at the hotel and overnight stay.
Day 7.
Breakfast at the hotel with fresh homemade cakes, jam and fresh bread, coffee, sugar and herbal tea. In the morning meeting with the guide at the lake for the canoeing activity of approx. 2 hours (max 2 people per canoe or single).Free time at leisure to enjoy the benefits of the mountains and discover local traditions or outdoor activities. Relaxation at the SPA for 2 hours with indoor pool, whirlpool, saunas and steam baths. Dinner at the hotel and overnight stay.
Day 8.
