Description
Walk with the audio guide in complete freedom. Take your time to discover the archaeological park of Aquileia, one of the most important sites in Italy: re-live the magnificence of the Roman Forum and of the ancient river port, enter the patriarchal Basilica to admire the largest mosaic floor in Europe and, finally, in the National Archaeological Museum (the most important in Northern Italy) let yourself be fascinated by the refinement of the sculptures, the preciousness and elegance of the jewellery and precious gems, and the refinement of the glass objects: all precious evidence of the commercial power of the ancient city. There are 9 stages: you can linger in all of them or just in those which inspire you the most.
