Description
LITHIUM – Live Electronic
LITHIUM is Antonio Del Mestre's solo project: a live set of electronic music that spans minimal, melodic, and experimental territories, difficult to pin down.
On stage, sequences, synthesizers, and drum machines are reworked in real time, giving rise to an ever-evolving soundscape of deep grooves, psychedelic textures, and evocative melodies.
Born in 2009 from the meeting between Antonio Del Mestre and Manuel Pitton, united by a passion for synthesizers and sound research, LITHIUM has developed its own artistic identity over the years. After a hiatus beginning in 2015, the project returned in 2023, also as a tribute to Manuel, who passed away prematurely. Today, LITHIUM presents new songs and tracks from its history, continuing a sonic journey that looks forward without losing its roots.
MOULIN À DENTS – Live Modular Techno / Improvised Electronics
Moulin à Dents is the electronic project of Eugenio Dreas, a jazz-trained bassist and double bassist, who was captivated by the lure of modular synthesizers during lockdown.
Born from the encounter between the improvisational approach of jazz and the physical energy of techno parties, Moulin à Dents creates entirely spontaneous live sets, where nothing is pre-programmed and every sound takes shape on the spot.
On stage, sequences, basslines, rhythmic pulses, and unstable circuits are shaped in real time, giving rise to ever-changing performances: a raw, free, and unpredictable techno, permeated by analog tensions, hypnotic grooves, and sudden deviations.
The name Moulin à Dents—"tooth grinder"—is a humorous and affectionate tribute to all those who suffer from bruxism under the drum kit: bodies in motion, clenched jaws, and low frequencies serving as a collective ritual.
