On Saturday 19th September 2026, from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm, a practical/experiential session will be held, offering an opportunity to let go of what we feel is heavy, painful or unfinished, and to rediscover a sense of lightness and inner space.
Often, our harshest judge resides within us, weighed down by expectations and feelings of guilt that take our breath away. Forgiving ourselves is not an act of weakness, but the courage to let go of the "flawless" image we chase, so that we can finally return home – to ourselves – and start living again with a newfound tenderness.
Participation is free, but confirmation is required to organise the venue.
