On the occasion of the “Open Vineyards Weekends”, Spolert Winery welcomes you as always: with open doors and wine ready in the glasses. Our winery is designed as a lively and welcoming place, not only for classic tastings but also for those who simply wish to stop for a good glass of wine, chat with the winemaker, enjoy a snack or a platter of local cheeses and cured meats, and relax in our panoramic garden overlooking the Judrio Valley.
During the weekends we will be open from 10:00 to 17:00 with guided tastings by reservation, as well as the possibility to enjoy the winery freely at your own pace.

Bio Open Vineyards – The taste of native varieties: Friulano and Refosco. Starting from the cellar, followed by a walk among the panoramic vineyards where nature meets history. Millions of years ago these hills were seabeds, and traces of ancient coral reefs are still visible today.
The tour continues with a cellar visit and ends with a tasting of 3 wines paired with a seasonal delicacy. Comfortable walking shoes recommended. Dogs allowed.
