Muggia - Exhibition: “Not All Fish Swim”

Description

Starting Saturday, July 4, 2026, the “Ugo Carà” Museum of Modern Art in Muggia will host the exhibition “Not All Fish Swim,” a solo exhibition by Alberto Rocca (Gorizia, 1967). The exhibition features many playful interpretations of the theme of the sea, from his ironic fish to childlike little boats, all crafted from scrap wood—such as old doors, windows, and floorboards—or natural wood recovered directly from the shoreline. The exhibition is open to the public free of charge through Sunday, July 26, 2026, during the following hours: Thursday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., and Sundays and holidays from 10 a.m. to noon.
