HeART of Gaza

Description

A traveling exhibition featuring drawings by children living in Deir al-Balah in the Gaza Strip.

The project, which aims to offer a time and space for reflection, play, and normalcy, was born from an initiative by Mohammed Timraz to support his community.

His friendship with Irish illustrator Féile Butler has enabled the exhibition to reach beyond the Palestinian borders and beyond.

Opening on Friday, April 17, 2026, at 5:00 PM in the Children's Section garden of the Library.

A free drawing and recycling workshop for children will follow.

The exhibition is open during the opening hours of the Modern Section.
