Cas*Aupa renews its event dedicated to musical dialogue with the Far East. This third edition marks a further step forward in the exploration of contemporary musical languages, through artists who weave together ancient cultural heritage and avant-garde sonic visions.
The protagonists of this third edition, with two live performances, will be Meuko! Meuko! and Akiko Haruna.
Meuko! Meuko!, producer and live performer from Taipei, transforms field recordings and soundscapes into industrial textures and immersive rituals, blending improvisation and noise into visionary performances.
Akiko Haruna intertwines skewed pop, club percussion and dense electronics in a personal, cathartic writing style; her EP Be Little Me, released by Numbers, explores identity and cultural memory.
Opening the line-up, Talpah (Italy) moves between glitch, fractured rhythms and digital architectures that transform the soundsystem into a physical, hyper-modern experience.
