From October 4 to 31, 2025, the photography exhibition "Dreamlike Reflections" by Paola Lunghini, a photographer who has transformed her passion into a unique and personal artistic language, will be open at Florit Arredamenti at Via San Francesco 24 in Trieste.

The opening will be held on Saturday, October 4 at 5:30 pm and will feature the artist herself. The exhibition will be introduced by Linda Simeone, director of Le Vie delle Foto, who will present Lunghini's creative journey to the public.

A photographer by adoption in Trieste, Lunghini has a long career as an office worker, which she interrupted to finally give free rein to her creative side. Photography has become her preferred medium for narrating and interpreting the world, especially since digital technology has enabled continuous experimentation. While she initially approached photography with a simple compact camera, today her smartphone is the tool that allows her to express her vision immediately and spontaneously. With "Dreamlike Reflections," the artist presents images born from observing the reflections on shop windows, shop windows, and the transparent surfaces of the city's buildings. These reflections become the raw material for constructing visual weaves in which reality transforms into vision, generating scenarios suspended between reality and dream. There are no photomontages or superimpositions: each work arises from a single shot, then enriched in post-production with contrasts, cuts, and saturations that emphasize the natural overlapping of elements. The result is a journey that invites the viewer to be guided into an almost dreamlike dimension, where the image becomes a mirror of the unconscious, yet at the same time leaves room for personal interpretation. The exhibition, free to enter, offers an opportunity to discover a new way of looking at the city and its everyday details, transformed into poetic and universal suggestions.
