Exhibition: "Dall’arenaria al deserto" at the Carà Museum

On Friday 6th March 2026 at 6 p.m., the Ugo Carà Museum of Modern Art in Muggia will host the opening of an exhibition entitled "Dall’arenaria al deserto" dedicated to Muggia-born artist Fabio Balbi (Muggia 1956-2023), on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of his birth.
This will be followed by a toast to mark the 70th anniversary of his birth.

The exhibition is part of a series of evocative solo and anthological exhibitions conceived in recent years to promote the work of local artists, from Aldo Bressanutti, Ugo Carà, Proteo Hirst, Emanuela Marassi, Dante Pisani, Alan Stefanato and Villibossi from Muggia, to Romolo Bertini, Giovanni Duiz and Ireneo Ravalico from Trieste.

The exhibition will be open to the public free of charge until Monday 6th April 2026 at the following times: Thursday to Saturday 10 am-12 pm and 5 pm-7 pm, Sundays and public holidays 10 am-12 pm.
