Description
The "Border Line" exhibition at the Civic War Museum for Peace "Diego de Henriquez" is conceived and curated by artist PierPaolo Koss, it is organized by the Daydreaming Project cultural association in collaboration with the City of Trieste. The exhibition is part of the "Chronocroma. Memories, conflicts, and ecologies in contemporary art" project, for which the Trieste-based association, active in the arts and culture since 2007, has received support from the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region. This project is based on an innovative concept that uses the additive RGB (Red Green Blue) model as a metaphor for the three temporal horizons of human experience: blue = past, red = present, green = future. Art thus becomes a tool for exploring memory, current events, and future perspectives, intertwining different languages and stimulating collective reflection. The exhibition at the Museo de Henriquez—identified by the color red, a metaphor for the present—aims to be a visual and performative investigation of realities stigmatized as deviant or insane, through photographs, videos, installations, sculptures, and performances.
The exhibition will be inaugurated on Wednesday 3rd December 2025 at 5 pm and can be visited with the Museum entrance ticket from Thursday 4th December 2025 to Sunday 25th January 2026.
