Marco Moro: emotions take shape in photography. At the Sala Comunale d’Arte in Trieste, the solo exhibition “Call them emotions, if you like” by photographer Marco Moro. The opening takes place on Friday 30 October at 5.30 pm, with a presentation by Linda Simeone, editor of *Le Vie delle Foto*.
There are photographs that capture your gaze even before you can understand why. A detail, a light, an unexpected balance: something invites us to pause and paves the way for a memory, a question, a sensation. 
The exhibition presents a selection of images drawn from the artist’s portfolio. Shots taken at different times and in different places, brought together according to a deeply personal criterion: their ability to move both the person who conceived them and, subsequently, those who view them. This reference to the lyrics of the famous song performed by Lucio Battisti thus sets the tone for the exhibition. Moro presents the public with photographs, each of which retains its own autonomy, its own story, its own reason for existing. The connection emerges through the sensitivity of the person who selected them and the visitor’s willingness to let themselves be drawn in.
