Description

Acroyoga is a practice that combines the balance and fluidity of yoga with the energy of acrobatics. This discipline can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age, size, ability, or fitness level. It is a group practice that helps people connect through the language of play. It is an opportunity to develop trust, connection, awareness, overcome limits and fears, smile, and feel part of a group.

If you join us, please bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes!
