Durante gli esercizi di Nada Yoga (Yoga del Suono), praticati in posizione seduta, sarete accompagnati dal suono avvolgente di strumenti tradizionali indiani, quali lo Shruti Box e la Tanpura. L’unione tra tecniche di respirazione e l’emissione di specifiche vocali favorisce il rilascio delle tensioni, aiutando il corpo e la mente a ritrovare un equilibrio profondo e armonioso.
