Villa Elodia A Venetian villa with the classic Palladian layout, has been skilfully restored to host wedding receptions. It offers various spaces for use, depending on the weather and preferences, thus allowing a varied and dynamic wedding reception. On the ground floor, the villa has a high-end Molteni kitchen.

The main floor, featuring a central hall with space for up to 60 guests, can be accessed via external staircases, with three communicating lounges to the sides. It can also be used during wedding receptions for photos, cutting the wedding cake and a dessert buffet. The adjoining "barchessa" (porticoed rural outbuilding), with exposed wooden beams and stone walls, offers large adaptable spaces for banquets with seating for up to 250 guests in a single room in order to optimise space. It also has four bathrooms, including two for people with reduced mobility, with heating and air conditioning.

Round tables for 8-10 guests and seating for up to 200 guests are provided. It has a large professional equipped kitchen area and a separate entrance for the catering service. The shady, secluded park spans the two façades of the villa and offers two separate areas for aperitifs, cutting the wedding cake or the wedding ceremony: the front part of the villa, surrounded by flowers of various kinds and centuries-old trees, also includes a "barchessa", the ideal setting for aperitifs.

The most attractive area is behind the villa thanks to the lake that provides the setting for wedding ceremonies and cutting the wedding cake. On the property, reserved parking space is available for over 60 cars.
