Castello di Valvasone

The elegant medieval castle stands in the heart of the ancient Borgo di Valvasone, one of the "Borghi più Belli d'Italia" (most beautiful villages in Italy), also known as the “Borgo delle Spose” (Bride and groom village).

Dominating the square, named "Piazza Castello" after the castle, it is the ideal location for couples who want to get married in a romantic and timeless place. The three large rooms in the house are perfect for very evocative indoor receptions.

In the warmer months, the bride and groom can choose to celebrate their wedding outdoors in the park to give the ceremony additional romantic appeal. Civil ceremonies can be held in the small wooden theatre in the castle, dating back to the late-18th century.
