The 13th century Spessa Castle and the landscape of the hills of the Collio area (around Gorizia) where it is located, provide a magical setting in all seasons: the vineyards of its estate blend with the golf course fairways, offering unparalleled spaces for country chic-style banquets.

Civil or ethnic wedding ceremonies can take place at Spessa Castle in its historical rooms, in its large park or among the vines. A Catholic wedding can be held in the private neo-Gothic chapel. Spessa Castle has its own catering service accompanied by the wines of its estate.

The wedding reception, organised by the restaurant La Tavernetta al Castello, can take place in the 19th-century halls, in the medieval halls, on the terrace overlooking the centuries-old park, in the garden or in the spectacular medieval cellar. Several extra services can be provided on request, from entertainment during the wedding to the full organisation of the days leading up to the event or following it.

Take advantage of the health properties of the active ingredients of grapes and wine that form the basis of treatments and cosmetics at the Vinum SPA, entirely dedicated to Vinotherapy. Located in the area of the ancient stables at the entrance to the Castle, the Vinum Spa has a swimming pool with hydromassage inside and a second pool and a large hexagonal panoramic hydromassage outside. Open to all wellness lovers, it enriches the offer of theresort immersed in the vineyards of Collio, Friuli Venezia Giulia's most prized wine-growing area.
