Built in 1834 the Folador di Villa Rubini, is a space that today is dedicated to meetings, conferences and exhibitions.

The exceptional dimensions and trusses that support the roof in an elegant perfectly preserved weave, give the location elegance and sobriety.

The spaces available are a room on the ground floor that, thanks to its position adjacent to the kitchen, lends itself well to hosting banquets, or if intended for conferences, can be divided into spaces of smaller dimensions.

The other dedicated area is a first-floor lounge accessible from the lobby via an impressive two-ramp staircase made of Aurisina stone.
The joint use of both rooms, with a total area of more than 700 square metres, gives a total of 450 seating places.

The structure has an ample private parking area.
