Until 10 October 2026, the boat service between Trieste and Muggia also operates in the evening. A convenient and scenic way to travel between the two destinations by sea and enjoy an evening of walks, events, bars and restaurants overlooking the Gulf of Trieste.
The daytime Trieste–Muggia service continues to operate throughout the year.

Trieste (Riva Nazario Sauro) and
Muggia (inner side of the breakwater).

Extra services on 9 and 10 October
On Friday 9 and Saturday 10 October, the service will continue after midnight:
- departure from Trieste to Muggia at 00:00;
- departure from Muggia to Trieste at 00:30.

Tickets
Tickets can be purchased:
- directly on board (single tickets, return tickets or personalised passes for 10 or 50 journeys);
- via the Tpl Fvg app, by selecting BUY TICKETS and then MARITIME SERVICE.

- Tickets are non-refundable, and no discounts are available for groups.
- Seats cannot be reserved.
- Each passenger may bring one bicycle, subject to space availability. A separate ticket is required for bicycles.
