The Yacht Club Lignano is situated in the small town of
Lignano Sabbiadoro. The sports activities organised by Yacht Club Lignano includes a sailing school for students, athletes and regattas. The introductory sailing courses take place on a weekly basis in summer. The Yacht Club Lignano provides the following boats to the students of the sailing school: Optimist, 420 double handed, laser and catamarans. There are many races organized by Yacht Club Lignano both for cruisers and for offshore sailing, such as the Lagoon Autumn Championship for Open classes, IRC and ORC.
