The Società Triestina Sport del Mare is situated in
Trieste on the Fratelli Bandiera pier not very far from Piazza dell'Unità d'Italia. The sports activities organised by the Club includes a sailing school and regattas. The introductory sailing courses take place in summer from the second week of June to the first week of July for two weeks. The Club provides the students of the sailing school with the boat Optimist. Some of the numerous regattas organized by the Società Triestina Sport del Mare includes Skiing and Sailing. The Club also organizes a social fishing tournament.
