What is more regenerating than practising sport in the open air?
Try the two new structures dedicated to the free body sport in the open air that have been installed in Lignano Sabbiadoro: one is located between Via Genziana and Lungolaguna Trento and the other near Lungomare Trieste.
The latter is the first Calisthenics structure in the region positioned directly on the sand of the Friulian coast!
These new facilities are in addition to those already present and widespread in all areas of the city, at the charming Hemingway Park, the Youth Centre L.HUB Park or, again, those present at the Municipal Park in Via Casabianca in the Riviera area.
Don't miss the opportunity to train while looking at the sea using only your body and simple equipment such as bars, parallel bars, rings and wall bars!
