Go down into the bed of the
Cornons stream and along a gravel road to the left toward the firing range.
Leaving the firing range on the right, continue along a small road past a first building and immediately after the Graves or Pierute volley, which you leave on the left.
Follow the small road, which soon becomes a path, paying attention to a red marker, which indicates to the right the track to follow to access the bed of the Cornons stream. Go briefly up the gravels of the brook, leaving it to the right to take a service road of the polygon, which you leave when it turns to the right to take a small path that enters the brook on the orographic left.
It continues over boulders and gravel until it ascends a stream to the right in view of the Cornons stream waterfall.
The trail crosses the secondary brook to take you above the waterfall drop, continuing steeply until it overlooks another deep brook high above it. You descend on an exposed but well-marked trail until you cross the stream to ascend with narrow switchbacks up the steep slope of the opposite side, pass some large crashes to reach a steep meadow, then enter a small valley.
You exit the small valley with a last steep section, cross a stream slightly downhill and then steeply reach another one. After crossing it, you enter a kind of furrow, where the trail almost completely disappears, but the numerous signposts make it possible to reach in a short time without uncertainty the Pradut and the forest track marked CAI 443 coming from Rifugio Cimenti - Floreanini.
Return can be made along the ascent route, or by following CAI trail 443 to the left to Illegio.
