Malga Losa - 4A

Resuming path 3A, at the fork for Malga Gerona, continue right on a well-maintained dirt road that skirts the southern slope of the Val Boaria and Novarza mountains (2024 m asl), crossing alternating grasslands, alder groves and heathlands. At the bottom of the steep lower slope, also covered by beautiful fir forests, flows the Novarza stream. From the path you can glimpse, on the opposite side, the now inactive Casere Campo and Veltri. After a few kilometers of gentle ascent, suddenly after a curve, the majestic grassy amphitheatre opens up, at the center of which stand the buildings of Malga and Rifugio Losa.
