The tenth stage kicks off from the Pramollo pass at the peat bog on the side of the main road. Marker 403 continues to saddle Zille in lonely surroundings, passes near saddle Chersnizze and continues along forest roads to the Egger Alm. Keeping to the paved trail, the route crosses the flat area between Egger Alm and Dellacher Alm at length, taking it in altitude to Poludnig Alm, leaving the road to descend into the vegetation at Kessenwald Bach. The tenth stage kicks off near the lake (on the Italian side of the pass there are several facilities where you can stay overnight). Just past the hotels an uphill road to the right leads to a wooden chapel dedicated to the Austro-Hungarian fallen of the Great War. Keeping to the right, on an asphalt background, climb up to Plattner's AlpenHotel where a path branches off to the right up the slopes to the Garnitzentorl saddle. Just beyond the saddle a path leads, downhill, to a reservoir and continues to the Garnitzen Alm. keeping on the dirt road to the SE, just beyond the alpine hut, the path descends to the left crossing meadows and gaining woods reaching a forest track that leads to the shoulder saddle. A short downhill section precedes the turning of the trail, to the left, which leads up the slopes again reaching the Sella Zille, reentering Austrian territory.

By forest roads, following the signs and trail marker 403, after passing the Kersnitzen Alm, you descend to the long plateau of the Egger Alm, which you cross (always keeping in an easterly direction) on the convenient asphalt road. After crossing the lake and reaching the Dellacher Alm, turn right and follow the road uphill to the Poludnig Alm. Around elevation 1490m a path descends to the left through rather lush vegetation. The trail descends to the creek bed and climbs back up through woods gaining a forest track (go left). After another creek crossing it is possible to take the path to the right that climbs into the woods (403) and reaches the Gortschacher Alm. Continuing further, in an obvious manner, you reach the ridge of Sagran Mountain. Just over the wide shoulder the markers guide you to descend more rapidly (there is also a forest road - unnecessarily longer trail) to the Dolinza Alm. At the quaint alpine village, following the dirt road to the right, you return to Italy, shortly reaching the Nordio-Deffar hut.
