In 2026, Tarvisio will host the Women's Alpine Skiing World Cup. As a result, the "
Di Prampero" slope — the venue for the competitions — will be completely closed to the public from January 7 to 19, 2026 (inclusive). During the same period, the Lussari cable car will remain open at all times, both for pedestrians who wish to reach the village of Lussari and for skiers heading towards the rest of the ski area.
