Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005 (Consumer Code) the right of refund is not provided for online skipass purchases.
The customer who has purchased, at the ticket office, a skipass valid for the winter season can withdraw from the contract only in the case and with the limits set below.
The withdrawal may be exercised:
1. if the skipass has been purchased at the ticket office;
2. within 10 days of the skipass purchase;
3. if the skipass has not been fully or partially used.
The withdrawal cannot be exercised:
1. if the skipass was purchased online;
2. if a "One way" or "return" ticket or any other contract that has been purchased, are subject to restrictive measures on capacity limits;
3. if the skipass has been fully or partially used;
4. after 10 days of the skipass purchase.
Withdrawal, when permitted, may be exercised by sending an email to skipass@promoturismo.fvg.it, attaching a copy of the skipass subject to the refund and indicating the bank details for the transfer, your tax identification number, and residential address.
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the amount paid will be refunded to the customer, minus a 20% fee to cover administrative and banking expenses related to the withdrawal and the processing of the refund.
