Come arrivare:
Superato il paese di Fusine, si devia a destra verso i laghi, nel cuore della Foresta di Tarvisio. Dal lago superiore si segue il segnavia CAI 512, che prima in piano e poi con pendenza marcata, porta al rifugio in circa 1,30 ore.
