Rafting - Raftball

Rafting down rivers is the most famous and also the most challenging method there is! 

Thanks to group excursions with guide or instructor, you can cross the rivers Tagliamento and Fella, strengthening the feelings and the spirit of the group.  

The school Kayak Friuli also offers the opportunity to experience these views, through the team game of Raftball, designed and proposed by the school itself, combining adventure and collaboration on the water.  

Participants are divided into teams and compete aboard inflatable boats, collaborating with the team and putting into play coordination, communication and strategy to overcome and win the game. 

The proposed team building activities are:

•  Rafting (up to 50 participants simultaneously) with the use of specific team-building actions: an initial briefing adapted to the company context, with a focus on the similarities between the roles on the raft and those in the company, a test drive of the raft, and at the end of the descent a goliardic race between two buoys between the crews.
• Raftball (team tournaments of up to 20-25 participants in one morning): this is a game reminiscent of water polo, played in the water in packrafts by 2 teams, which try to score more goals than each other in the goals of a floating field. Again, there is a focus on similarities with the corporate world, e.g. in the search for winning strategies.
• SUP and MEGASUP (up to 20 people simultaneously): classic mini-course with STAND UP PADDLE excursion generally on Lake Cavazzo. Both single SUP and group mega SUP (up to 8 people) are tried out, showing strengths and weaknesses of both proceeding as a team and alone.
• CANADIAN CANOE (up to 24 people at the same time): excursions usually on Lake Cavazzo or Lake Redona in small crews of 3 people, with similarities between the variables of canoe management and team management in companies, with changes in people's roles during the activity, using techniques on trust (swapping places while remaining in the canoe) and at the end of the experience an amateur race)
