After years of training and experience, they decided to create a new gastronomic offering that combines technique, creativity and attention to contemporary needs.

The company offers tailor-made solutions for all types of events: themed islands, buffets of small tastings, menus served with elegance and attention to every detail.
Attentive to dietary requirements, they offer a balanced and inclusive menu: Davide, a vegetarian, takes particular care of the plant world, while Ivan masterfully manages the meat and fish section. In all cases, great attention is paid to the seasonality and origin of the raw ingredients.
