Fast and Furio sailing srl

Fast and Furio Sailing Srl offers a team-building experience aboard high-performance sailing yachts, departing from Marina Monfalcone. The activity is inspired by the dynamics of sailing, where success depends on the ability to work together toward a common goal—just as it does in the corporate environment.

Participants take part in a practical and engaging experience, actively contributing to onboard maneuvers while experiencing the value of collaboration, communication, adaptability, and shared leadership. The sailing route takes place in the Gulf of Trieste, passing some of the most iconic coastal landmarks, including Miramare Castle and the Trieste Coastal Road.

For larger groups, participants are divided into multiple sessions, with complementary activities in navigational chartwork and basic trigonometric navigation conducted at the team base. The experience can accommodate up to 80 participants per day.
