Asperitas by Olivieri Sandra

Looking for a creative and memorable team-building experience? Asperitas offers hands-on ceramic workshops designed to strengthen collaboration, spark creativity, and bring teams together in a relaxed and inspiring environment.

Participants discover the art of ceramics by creating and decorating their own unique piece while exploring a range of hand-building techniques under the guidance of experienced instructors. No previous experience is required, making the workshop suitable for teams of all backgrounds and skill levels.

Workshops can be organised as individual creative sessions or as interactive team-building activities with collaborative challenges and rotating stations. Participants take turns modelling clay, decorating their pieces, and trying the pottery wheel, creating an engaging experience that encourages communication, cooperation, and shared achievement. This format is particularly well suited for larger corporate groups and company events.

After the workshop, each ceramic piece is left to dry for approximately 10–15 days before being professionally kiln-fired. Finished pieces are ready for collection from our studio after approximately 2–3 weeks, providing participants with a lasting reminder of their shared creative experience.
