Originating in France, Pinot Bianco is a mutation of Pinot Nero and boasts ancient roots dating back to Roman times. Widespread in all the DOC wine districts of Friuli, it presents a straw-yellow colour and a bouquet reminiscent of apricot, cherry and white flowers. Its taste is delicate, velvety, with good acidity. Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with light appetisers, soups, and egg or seafood dishes.
