The malga is a traditional structure found in mountain areas where, during the summer, we take our cattle to graze. Here, the organic milk is collected daily and processed into raw-milk dairy products bearing the PPL label.
During the alpine grazing period, the animals feed on mountain herbs and flowers, giving the milk distinctive aromas and flavours. Processing is carried out using traditional methods.
The malga is not only a place of production, but also an important part of mountain culture and economy, closely linked to respect for the environment, seasonality, and local traditions.
