The farm covers about 20 hectares, of which 4 are opposite the manor house. 

The main activity involves breeding court animals; vines, olive trees, and different fruit trees and vegetables are also cultivated.

Casale Cjanor is also distinguished by the production of Pestat di Fagagna, slow food presidium.
